Basketball Recap: Josey Comes Up Short

Josey lost against Lakeside back in November of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Josey Eagles took a 60-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lakeside Panthers. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Josey's record is now 1-4. As for Lakeside, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season.

Josey will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Academy of Richmond County at 1:30 p.m. on December 26th. As for Lakeside, they will head out on the road to take on Hephzibah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
