Basketball Recap: Cedar Park Christian Takes a Loss

Cedar Park Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 75-67 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Puget Sound Adventist Sharks. The Lions were not able to make up for their defeat to the Sharks from their previous meeting back in February of 2020.

Cedar Park Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Puget Sound Adventist, with the victory, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-6.

Cedar Park Christian will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Providence Classical Christian at 7:00 p.m. on January 22nd. As for Puget Sound Adventist, they are taking a road trip to take on Northwest Yeshiva at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Northwest Yeshiva is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.7 points per game this season.
