It was a good run, but Corinth unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 50-39 to the Alcorn Central Bears. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 48-45 back in December of 2024.

Corinth's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-16. As for Alcorn Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-10.

Corinth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 46-43 victory against Lafayette on the 28th. As for Alcorn Central, they will take on Ripley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
