Hodgson Vo-Tech is a perfect 5-0 against Dickinson since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Eagles will be playing at home against the Rams at 3:45 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Hodgson Vo-Tech's win against McKean wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Highlanders 3-2. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Highlanders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Dickinson waltzed into their game on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the Highlanders. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won five matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Carter Nelson made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Dickinson is 4-2 when he allows at most two walks, but 3-7 otherwise. Nelson was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, Asante Jones was incredible, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI. Dickinson is undefeated when Jones posts two or more stolen bases, but 4-9 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Adrian Ward, who earned two runs and one stolen base.

Dickinson's win bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Hodgson Vo-Tech, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 7-9.

Hodgson Vo-Tech took their win against Dickinson in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 14-1 score. Do the Eagles have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
