Preuss UCSD had won four straight games and Preston Sterling did his part to make it five on Thursday. The Preuss UCSD Tritons breezed by the Ocean View Christian Patriots to the tune of 72-18 thanks in part to Sterling, who posted 19 points. That's the most points he has posted since back in November of 2024.

Preuss UCSD is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 14-7 record this season. As for Ocean View Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Preuss UCSD will head out to take on Chula Vista Learning Community Charter at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Preuss UCSD knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Chula Vista Learning Community Charter likes a good challenge. As for Ocean View Christian, they will take on Liberty Charter at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Ocean View Christian is facing Liberty Charter at the right time seeing as Liberty Charter is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
