The Cheboygan Chiefs narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Westwood Patriots 1-0.

Cheboygan's victory bumped their record up to 18-2-2. As for Westwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10-2 record this season.

Cheboygan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Escanaba on the 4th. As for Westwood, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Rudyard on the 4th.
