Volleyball Recap: Granby Memorial Extends Winning Streak to Four

Granby Memorial came tearing into Wednesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Windsor Locks Raiders 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-10, 25-21.

Among those leading the charge was Lily Holmes, who had seven digs and two aces. Those seven digs gave her a new career-high.

Holmes wasn't the only good servers: Granby Memorial was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 21 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in nine consecutive matches.
