Softball Game Preview: Trinity Hall vs. Neptune

Trinity Hall will face off against Neptune at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Trinity Hall came up short against Toms River North on Monday, falling 11-1.

Meanwhile, Neptune lost 9-3 to Brick Township on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for Neptune in their meetings with Brick Township: they've now lost five in a row.

Megan Rogers was cooking despite her team's loss, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with six stolen bases and one run. Miah Quarles was another key player, getting on base in two of her four plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs.

Trinity Hall's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Neptune, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-3.
