Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hondo Valley, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They blew past Corona/Vaughn 71-45 on Thursday. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 23 points or more this season.

Reserve's defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Hondo Valley, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-12.
