Volleyball Recap: North Rose-Wolcott Comes Up Short

North Rose-Wolcott was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Royal Comets when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

North Rose-Wolcott's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Rush-Henrietta, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. North Rose-Wolcott will square off against rival Wayne at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Rush-Henrietta is set to face off against their familiar foe Penfield at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
