Football Recap: Southeast Gets the Win

Southeast's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 14-6 win over the Bayshore Bruins. The Seminoles haven't had any issues with the Bruins recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The win got Southeast back to even at 4-4. As for Bayshore, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southeast will challenge Palmetto at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southeast is facing Palmetto at the right time seeing as Palmetto is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Bayshore will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Braden River at 6:00 p.m. on March 25th.
