Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Legacy). They claimed a resounding 102-47 victory over the Williston Coyotes. Given Legacy's advantage in MaxPreps' North Dakota basketball rankings (they are ranked 26th, while Williston is ranked 92nd), the result on Tuesday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Legacy's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Williston, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

Legacy will square off against Minot at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. Minot knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Legacy likes a good challenge. Williston has already played their next game (against Dickinson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
