Upland is 9-1 against Rancho Cucamonga since May of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Highlanders will venture away from home to challenge the Cougars at 3:15 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Upland couldn't beat Chino Hills on Thursday even though they stacked four runs on them in the sixth inning. The Highlanders fell just short of the Huskies by a score of 7-6. The Highlanders haven't had much luck with the Huskies recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, Rancho Cucamonga came up short against Western Christian on Wednesday, falling 14-3.

Upland's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Rancho Cucamonga, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-15.

Upland got the 'W' when the teams last played on April 9th against Rancho Cucamonga by a conclusive 14-2 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Highlanders since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
