Basketball Recap: Manchester Comes Up Short

Manchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 46-38 to the Napoleon Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, with their most recent defeat being a 43-18 loss last Friday.

Manchester's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Napoleon, their win bumped their record up to 6-14.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Manchester will venture away from home to face off against Whitmore Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Whitmore Lake's defense has only allowed 26.5 points per game this season, so Manchester's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Napoleon, they are taking a road trip to take on Dundee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
