Floresville wins going away against Pleasanton

Recap: Floresville Tigers vs. Pleasanton Eagles

In what's become a running theme this season, the Floresville Tigers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They blew past Pleasanton 52-28. The win was familiar territory for Floresville who now have five in a row.

Kenzie Huron went supernova for Floresville, scoring 16 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Huron hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordin Johns, who scored six points along with eight rebounds and five assists.

Floresville is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 22-12 record this season. As for Pleasanton, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-18.

Floresville will head out on the road to square off against Devine at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Devine is on a three-game streak of home wins, Floresville a five-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. Pleasanton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
