Basketball Game Preview: Stuart W. Cramer Storm vs. Crest Chargers

Cramer Storm will venture away from home to square off against the Crest Chargers at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Stuart W. Cramer is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against South Point on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Stuart W. Cramer had to suffer through a 96-61 loss at the hands of South Point. The Storm were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 49-22.

The losing side was boosted by Makhi Brown, who went 7 for 9 en route to 15 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Darren Stowe, who posted seven points.

Meanwhile, Crest waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Greenwave by a score of 74-65.

Stuart W. Cramer's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Crest, their win bumped their record up to 16-2.

Stuart W. Cramer took a serious blow against Crest when the teams last played back in January, falling 72-45. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point Stuart W. Cramer was down 45-14.
