After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Vigo, Parke Heritage was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the South Vermillion Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-0 back in April.

Klayton Burgess was excellent, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and one double. BT Luce was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

Parke Heritage's record is now 9-6. As for South Vermillion, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 8-6 record.

Coming up, Parke Heritage will head out to square off against Seeger at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Patriots will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. As for South Vermillion, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
