Chiefland skates past Bronson with ease

Recap: Chiefland Indians vs. Bronson Eagles

Make it seven blowout wins for the Chiefland Indians this season. They breezed by Bronson on the road to the tune of 58-29. The victory was just what Chiefland needed coming off of a 72-37 loss in their prior matchup.

Chiefland's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Riley Davies, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 11 steals. Davies is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Nyasia Bivins, who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds and five blocks.

Chiefland's win bumped their record up to 9-11. As for Bronson, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-14.

Chiefland will look to defend their home court on Monday against Riverside Christian at 5:30 p.m. Bronson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
