KIPP Columbus came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Academy for Urban Scholars Hawks as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Jaguars also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: KIPP Columbus took every set by at least 14 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-6, 25-11, 25-5.

KIPP Columbus' victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Academy for Urban Scholars, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. KIPP Columbus will square off against rival Oakstone Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Academy for Urban Scholars is set to challenge their familiar foe Cornerstone Academy at 6:30 p.m. on the 9th.
