Volleyball Preview: Osceola Warriors vs. Port Charlotte Pirates        
        
		
             On Wednesday Osceola will have to hit the road after three straight games at home. They and the Port Charlotte Pirates are set to duel. Both come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Osceola is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  3-2  win over Wesley Chapel.
 Osceola had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 24-26, 25-20, 25-21,  16-14.
  Mason Morash and  Gianna Kopczynski were among the main playmakers for Osceola as the former  had 22  digs and two  aces and the latter  had ten  digs. Morash has been hot , having  posted 11 or more  digs the last five times she's  played.
 Meanwhile, Port Charlotte had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They blew past the Red Knights 3-0.
 The final score came out to 25-19, 25-9,  25-14.
 Osceola has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six games,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record  this season. As for Port Charlotte, their victory bumped their record up to 18-8.
 Osceola came up short against Port Charlotte when the teams last played  back in November of 2019, falling  3-1. Can Osceola avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
