Volleyball Recap: Lewis Central Finds Playoff Glory Versus MOC-Floyd Valley

It's playoff time, and Lewis Central had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Titans.

Lewis Central wouldn't go down easily and took MOC-Floyd Valley into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-14, 25-23, 22-25, 15-10.

Lewis Central was led to victory by Jacey Young and Bailey Zaloudek. Young had 29 digs and two aces, while Zaloudek had ten digs and two aces. That's the most digs Zaloudek has posted over her last nine matches. Braylyn Coats was another key player, getting six digs and two aces.

Lewis Central's victory bumped their record up to 25-10. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-8.
