Minooka is 8-2 against Oswego East since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Indians will challenge the Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Minooka is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Bolingbrook just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Friday. They received a blow as they fell 39-20 to the Raiders. The Indians were down 33-13 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Meanwhile, Oswego East came up short against Oswego on Friday and fell 33-21. The defensive woes were uncharacteristic for the Wolves, who until this contest were averaging 13 points allowed.

Oswego East's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Minooka, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Minooka was able to grind out a solid win over Oswego East in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, winning 17-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
