Stryker posted their closest victory since August 19th on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the North Central Eagles. The victory continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won seven in a row.

Stryker wouldn't go down easily and took North Central into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 20-25, 18-25, 25-21, 15-13.

Aubrey Clemens paced Stryker's offense, picking up 13 kills. Clemens got some help from Kenzie Clemens and her 18 assists.

Stryker's win bumped their record up to 11-7. As for North Central, they dropped their record down to 9-9 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stryker will challenge Bryan at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Central, they will host Hilltop at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
