Volleyball Recap: Rantoul Gets the Win

Rantoul won the last time they faced Danville and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Eagles walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Vikings.

While Rantoul might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Danville scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-19.

Airiana Bell paced Rantoul's offense, picking up five kills. Bell got some help from Lauren Herbert and her 14 assists. Bell was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

The win got Rantoul back to even at 1-1. As for Danville, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
