AAA District 15 recap Oct. 16, 2012

Germantown moved up to 68 from 98 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in AAA District 15. The Red Devils were able to make the jump by beating Houston 20-10.

Germantown extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Mustangs, 20-10. The victory was the fifth in a row for Charlie White's team.

Thanks to the talents of Sam Martin and Justin Roberson the Red Devils have been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Martin leads the league in passing with 75 yards, while Roberson has rushed for 82 yards this season.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when Houston takes on Southwind. Tim Haney's team is in first place, while the Jaguars are in third place.
