Baseball Recap: Vanoss Takes a Loss

Vanoss came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 13-3 to the Preston Pirates.

Tagus Ledgerwood was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one run.

Vanoss' loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Preston, their record now sits at 16-3.

Vanoss does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Preston, they will take on Central at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Pirates are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
