Eastern Montgomery came into Tuesday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They skirted past the Craig County Rockets 27-25. For the Mustangs, this counts as revenge for the 44-36 victory the Rockets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February.

Eastern Montgomery's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-5. As for Craig County, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-5.
