The Coventry Patriots will venture away from home to  challenge the Farmington River Hawks  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Coventry will be looking to extend their current ten-game winning streak.
On Tuesday, Coventry made easy work of Suffield  and carried off  a  3-0 victory.
 Coventry's got stronger as the match went on, holding Suffield to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-16,  25-13.
 Brooke White was a one-woman wrecking crew as she  had 17  digs and two  aces.
 White wasn't the only good servers: Coventry  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with 15  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least seven  aces in 13 consecutive  matchups.
Meanwhile, Farmington got the win against Academy of Science and Innovation  on Wednesday by a conclusive  3-0.
 Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Farmington took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10,  25-12.
 Coventry's record is now 17-2. As for Farmington, their record now sits at 13-6.
 Coventry was able to grind out a solid  win over Farmington in their previous matchup  back in September of 2021, winning  3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
