Soccer Recap: Community Christian Takes a Loss

The Community Christian Cyclones lost 9-3 to the Southside Christian Warriors on Thursday. Community Christian were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-1.

They hit Southside Christian with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ashton Bradshaw, Hector Guzman, and Pierce Stone.

This is the second loss in a row for Community Christian and nudges their season record down to 2-2. As for Southside Christian, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Community Christian wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against New Bern Christian Academy on the 2nd. As for Southside Christian, they have also already played their next game, an 8-1 victory against Hilltop Christian on the 9th.
