Basketball Game Preview: Golder Panthers vs. Wolcott College Prep Wolves

The Golder Panthers just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Wolcott College Prep Wolves at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Golder's defense has only allowed 29.2 points per game this season, so Wolcott College Prep's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Tuesday, Golder came up short against UIC College Prep and fell 33-21.

Meanwhile, Wolcott College Prep was beaten by Morgan Park Academy 64-4 on Wednesday. The contest marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

They got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of Eliana Henschel and Izzy Rassey, who each put up two points. Margot Kelley held things down on the boards with six rebounds.

Golder's loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Wolcott College Prep, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.
