Football Recap: Lehi Comes Up Short

Lehi blew Mountain Ridge out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Mountain Ridge got their revenge. The Pioneers fell just short of the Sentinels by a score of 9-7. The Pioneers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Sentinels apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2020.

Lehi's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Mountain Ridge, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lehi will take on Kuna at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mountain Ridge, they will square off against Davis at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
