Woodlan entered their tilt with Bluffton on Saturday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Tuesday.

Makaila Gruber paced Woodlan's offense, picking up five kills. Gruber got some help from Tori Crozier and her 12 assists. Lexie Peoples controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Woodlan's win bumped their record up to 17-5. As for Bluffton, they moved to 8-14 with that defeat, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Woodlan wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against South Adams on the 27th. As for Bluffton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Heritage on the 27th.
