Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Knightstown couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They came up short against the Indianapolis Lutheran Saints on Saturday, falling 14-4. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Knightstown saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bryce Marrow, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one RBI.

Knightstown's loss dropped their record down to 24-5. As for Indianapolis Lutheran, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 19-10.
