Basketball Recap: 20 Straight Home Victories for Amarillo

Amarillo waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Lubbock Westerners 55-27. The Sandies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 contests by 23 points or more this season.

Amarillo's win was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 26-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32.8 points. As for Lubbock, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-16.
