Baseball Recap: South Brunswick Comes Up Short

South Brunswick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Marlboro Mustangs.

South Brunswick's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Marlboro, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-15.

South Brunswick didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 14-2 loss against West Windsor-Plainsboro North on the 15th. As for Marlboro, they have also already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Colonia on the 15th.
