Volleyball Game Preview: Walnut Ridge Bobcats vs. Harrisburg Hornets

The Walnut Ridge Bobcats will head out to challenge the Harrisburg Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Walnut Ridge is coming into the match on a six-game losing streak.

Walnut Ridge lost 3-0 to Pocahontas on Thursday.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: Pocahontas scored at least 17 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Harrisburg made easy work of Manila on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 win. The Hornets haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Walnut Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Harrisburg, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.

Walnut Ridge suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Harrisburg in their previous matchup on September 8th. Can the Bobcats avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
