Softball Recap: Maiden Blue Devils vs. East Burke Cavaliers
Maiden won against Lincolnton last Friday with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. Everything went Maiden's way against the East Burke Cavaliers as Maiden made off with an 11-5 victory. The Blue Devils haven't had any issues with the Cavaliers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Raegan Rembert made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 4-for-5 with one stolen base and one RBI.
