Volleyball Recap: Leah Crockett Leads a Balanced Effort to Beat Lake Mary

Palm Harbor University won the last time they faced Lake Mary and things went their way on Friday too. The Hurricanes walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rams. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hurricanes.

Palm Harbor University's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Leah Crockett led the charge by getting nine digs. Amaya Reyes also deserves some recognition as she had her first kills of the season.

Palm Harbor University's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Lake Mary, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Palm Harbor University wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Palmetto on the 12th. As for Lake Mary, they have also already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Florida Christian on the 12th.
