Football Game Preview: Polo Marcos vs. Hiawatha Hawks + How To Watch

Polo is a perfect 5-0 against Hiawatha since October of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Marcos will challenge the Hawks at 1:00 p.m. Polo will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Polo is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed past South Beloit to the tune of 70-42 on Friday. The Marcos might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hiawatha faced West Carroll in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The matchup between the Hawks and the Thunder didn't end well, with the Hawks falling 43-26. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hiawatha's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Polo, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.

Everything came up roses for Polo against Hiawatha when the teams last played two weeks ago, as the squad secured a 54-14 win. Do the Marcos have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Hawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
