Football Recap: Engadine Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Engadine was feeling good fresh off their 48-0 takedown of Forest Area two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Eagles came up short against the Atlanta Huskies on Friday, falling 38-16.

Atlanta got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brett Culham out in front who rushed for 181 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Culham's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 103 rushing yards. Blake King was another key player, rushing for 157 yards on only 11 carries.

Engadine has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Atlanta, their record now sits at 3-5.

Coming up, Engadine will square off against Mid Peninsula at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Atlanta, they will challenge Mio-Au Sable at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Thunderbolts will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Huskies surely won't give up without a fight.
