Football Recap: Palestine-Wheatley's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

After flying high against Westside two weeks ago, Palestine-Wheatley came back down to earth. The Patriots fell 40-35 to the Rison Wildcats on Friday. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Having lost for the first time this season, Palestine-Wheatley fell to 3-1. As for Rison, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Palestine-Wheatley is set to face off against their familiar foe Barton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Rison will challenge rival Dumas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
