After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Calhoun County, Terrell County was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Quitman County Hornets as the Terrell County Greenwave made off with a 95-71 win. The Greenwave's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Terrell County's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cordarius Perry led the charge by putting up 28 points. Jaylin Perry was another key player, posting 25 points.

Terrell County's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-6. As for Quitman County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8.

Terrell County is taking a road trip to challenge Miller County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Quitman County and Terrell Academy will round out the year against one another at at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
