Grace Academy won the last time they faced Founders Classical Academy and things went their way on Saturday too. Grace Academy put the hurt on Founders Classical Academy with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Grace Academy.

While Grace Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13, 29-27.

Ella Carleton paced Grace Academy's offense, picking up 11 kills. Carleton got some help from Aven Roberson and her nine assists. McKenna Fariss and Naomi Kurtz kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with six aces apiece.

Grace Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Founders Classical Academy, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Grace Academy will head out to take on Providence Prep on Tuesday. As for Founders Classical Academy, they will venture away from home to face off against East Austin College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Archers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
