            The Stringer Red Devils just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Clarkdale Bulldogs  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
Stringer is probably headed into the  match with a chip on their shoulder considering Sylva Bay Academy just ended the team's  three-game winning streak  on Monday. They fell  30-21 to the Saints. The  contest marked the Red Devils' lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Clarkdale). They blew past Raleigh, posting  a  72-28 win. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Bulldogs with their most commanding win of the  season.
Stringer better keep an eye on  Cade Culpepper. He was instrumental in Clarkdale's win,  dropping  a double-double on 21 points and 12  rebounds. Culpepper is also on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed three or more in the last four games he's  played. Another player making a difference was  Connor Mcdill, who  posted 11 points and five  rebounds.
 Clarkdale was working as a unit and  finished the game with 16  assists. That's the most  assists they've posted  since  the start of last season.
 Stringer now  has a losing record at 6-7. As for Clarkdale, they now  have a winning record of 6-5.
 Stringer couldn't quite finish off Clarkdale when the teams last played  last Friday and fell  44-41. Can Stringer avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
