 Gunn is 6-0 against Menlo-Atherton since March of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Friday. The Gunn Titans will look to defend their home field  against the Menlo-Atherton Bears at 4:00  p.m. Gunn will be looking to extend their current 14-game winning streak.
 Gunn's pitching crew heads into the  matchup  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Tuesday. They came out on top against Palo Alto by a score of  4-0.
 The result came thanks to  Lauryn Selvaraj's shutout, as she gave up just four  hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in 11 consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Tess Bogart was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aarushi Kumar, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-2.
 Meanwhile, Menlo-Atherton put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season  on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Terra Nova as Menlo-Atherton made off with  a  17-2 win.
  Dani Koo made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off   three  hits. Koo was even better at the plate,  going 3-for-3 with five  RBI, three  runs,  and a  triple.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Juliana Pandolfo, who  went 2-for-3 with three  runs, four  RBI,  and a  stolen base.  Ashlyn Roeder was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
 Gunn's victory was  their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 16-1. As for Menlo-Atherton,  the  win  got them back to even at 6-6.
