Basketball Recap: Fenton Takes a Loss

Fenton lost against Linden back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Fenton Tigers fell 33-24 to the Linden Eagles. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Fenton's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 5-4. As for Linden, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fenton will welcome Corunna at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Corunna will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Fenton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Linden, they will be playing at home against Owosso at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
