La Grande put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 17-7 margin over the Lewiston Bengals. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by seven runs or more this season.

La Grande's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-0. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for Lewiston, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. La Grande will welcome Ontario at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lewiston, they will host Coeur d'Alene at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Vikings will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Bengals surely won't give up without a fight.
