After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kennedy, Tustin was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Fullerton Indians with a sharp 3-0 win. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Tillers yet this season.

The victory didn't come easy: Fullerton scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 28-26, 25-22.

With the win, Tustin broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-8. As for Fullerton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tustin will face off against Roosevelt at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fullerton, they will welcome Anaheim at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
