Volleyball Recap: Bartram Trail Triumphs

The Bartram Trail Bears had just enough and edged out the Aiken Fighting Green Hornets 2-1 on Saturday.

Bartram Trail is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. As for Aiken, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-14.

Bartram Trail and Aiken should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in their respective state rankings. The Bears (ranked 155th) will meet Matanzas (ranked 399th) at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Aiken will challenge Baldwin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday with a big rank advantage (80 vs. 251).
