Flandreau is 9-1 against Deuel since October of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Fliers will venture away from home to take on the Cardinals at 7:15 p.m. Flandreau will be strutting in after a win while Deuel will be coming in after a loss.

Flandreau took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They came out on top against Dell Rapids by a score of 3-1.

Meanwhile, Deuel came up short against Clark/Willow Lake on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Cyclones recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Flandreau has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-12 record this season. As for Deuel, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.

Everything went Flandreau's way against Deuel when the teams last played back in September of 2024, as Flandreau made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Fliers since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
